Solid shapes are all around us, from a box of cereal to an ice cream cone. This 3rd grade finding shapes in everyday objects worksheet has four rows, with four coloured pictures in each row. Every row asks about one shape: a cube, then a cylinder, then a cone and finally a pyramid. Then your child looks at each picture and ticks the box when the object has that shape. More than one picture can fit, so each row needs a careful look. Also, the objects are easy to name, such as a battery, a test tube, a football and a slice of pizza. Page two is the answer key, with a red tick on every right picture.
