Terms of use

1. Purpose
These Terms of Use set out the rules that apply to the use of Tizofun Éducation.
They apply to visitors, registered users, parents, teachers, creators, sellers, ambassadors and organizations, depending on the services they use.
Some activities may be subject to additional specific terms.
2. Acceptance
Using certain features may require acceptance of these terms.
Where specific terms apply to a service, they supplement these Terms of Use.
In the event of a conflict, the specific rule applicable to the service concerned prevails within its scope.
3. User account
Some features require an account to be created.
Users must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Users are responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential.
They must promptly report any unauthorized use of their account.
4. Proper use
Users undertake in particular not to:
- use the service for unlawful purposes;
- bypass security mechanisms;
- access other users' data without authorization;
- unlawfully copy or redistribute resources;
- resell a resource without the corresponding right;
- use the service to distribute fraudulent, hateful, violent or unlawful content;
- infringe the rights of others;
- abusively automate access to the service;
- attempt to modify, degrade or disrupt the platform.
5. Educational resources
Resources are offered under the license terms indicated when they are made available or purchased.
The three license categories are:
- Individual license;
- Classroom license;
- Organization license.
The status of an account — Free or Premium — is a commercial characteristic of the account and is not a license category.
6. User content
When a user publishes content, they remain responsible for it.
They must have the rights necessary to publish and use it.
The conditions relating to user content are set out in the User content policy.
7. Paid services
Some services, subscriptions, resources or products are paid.
Prices, terms and applicable conditions are presented before the order.
The mandatory provisions applicable to consumers in their country of residence continue to apply.
8. Availability
Tizofun Éducation uses reasonable means to keep the service available.
Interruptions may nevertheless occur, in particular for maintenance, security, updates, technical incidents or events beyond the control of Tizofun Éducation.
9. Moderation
Tizofun Éducation may review, restrict, hide or remove content where there is a ground provided for by the applicable rules.
Reporting and moderation procedures are defined in the corresponding policies.
10. Suspension and termination
An account may be suspended or terminated in particular in the event of:
- a serious breach of the terms;
- fraud;
- a breach of security;
- an infringement of third-party rights;
- abusive use of the service;
- a legal or regulatory obligation.
Where appropriate and possible, the user may be informed of the reason and of the means of appeal available.
11. Changes to the service
Tizofun Éducation may change its features, organization, offers and terms.
Substantial changes are communicated by appropriate means.
