Sponsored content policy
Working version: this document is being legally reviewed. Information in square brackets will be completed before final publication.
1. Definition
Sponsored content is content whose production, distribution, promotion or organization is funded, or given a commercial advantage, by a partner.
It may, for example, be:
- a game;
- an activity;
- a section;
- a resource;
- an event;
- a campaign;
- a presentation of a product or service;
- a collaboration with a creator or an organization.
2. Identification
Sponsored content must be presented clearly enough.
Labels may include, for example:
- "Sponsored content";
- "Commercial partnership";
- "With the support of [partner]";
- "Advertisement".
The exact wording depends on the nature of the content and the applicable obligations.
3. Editorial independence
Funding a piece of content does not automatically give the partner the right to change the rest of Tizofun Éducation's content.
Editorial conditions are defined in each partnership.
4. Products and services
Tizofun Éducation may present partners' products or services.
The information presented must remain consistent with the elements actually provided or verified by Tizofun Éducation.
5. Minors
Commercial operations aimed at or accessible to children are subject to particular vigilance.
Tizofun Éducation may refuse an operation where its terms are not compatible with the applicable protection rules.
6. Premium
Clearly identified sponsored content may be visible to Premium users where the Premium plan does not expressly provide for its removal.
The removal of programmatic advertising must therefore not be read as a general ban on all commercial content.
