Marketplace terms

1. Purpose
The Tizofun Éducation Marketplace allows approved creators, sellers or organizations to offer products or resources to users.
Tizofun Éducation provides the infrastructure that allows in particular:
- the presentation of products;
- their listing;
- their sale;
- order processing;
- payment;
- license management where applicable;
- certain support operations.
2. Role of Tizofun Éducation
Unless otherwise indicated, Tizofun Éducation acts as the operator of the platform and not as the author of all the resources offered by sellers.
The seller remains responsible for their product.
3. Products
Products may include in particular:
- printable resources;
- digital files;
- educational activities;
- games;
- educational materials;
- physical products where this category is enabled;
- other authorized products.
4. Information presented
Each seller must provide sufficiently precise information about:
- the product;
- its content;
- its format;
- its level;
- its price;
- its license;
- the terms of use;
- any limitations.
5. Consumer protection
Sales are subject to the mandatory rules that apply to consumers in the country concerned.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove a legal right that a consumer cannot validly waive.
6. Digital products
For digital products, the terms of delivery, access and license are presented before or at the time of purchase.
7. Prohibited products
The Marketplace may refuse in particular products that are:
- unlawful;
- counterfeit;
- dangerous;
- fraudulent;
- infringing third-party rights;
- misleading;
- incompatible with the platform's educational purpose.
8. Removal
Tizofun Éducation may temporarily or permanently remove a product where necessary to:
- comply with the law;
- protect users;
- protect the rights of third parties;
- ensure security;
- enforce the platform's rules.
