Seller remuneration

1. Principle
When a seller makes a sale on the Marketplace, they may receive the amount due to them after the service's financial terms are applied.
2. Platform commission
Tizofun Éducation may charge a commission or fees according to the model applicable to the product.

3. Basis of calculation
The amount paid to the seller may be calculated from the amount actually eligible after taking into account in particular:
- taxes;
- refunds;
- chargebacks;

4. Revenue displayed
The seller dashboard may distinguish:
- gross sales;
- commissions;
- fees;
- refunds;
- pending amounts;
- available revenue;
- payments made.
5. No guaranteed income
Registering on the Marketplace does not guarantee any level of sales or income.
6. Changes
The financial terms may change for future sales.
Substantial changes are communicated in the applicable manner.
