Working version: this document is being legally reviewed. Information in square brackets will be completed before final publication.
1. Principle
Tizofun Éducation may remunerate Ambassadors for certain qualifying actions defined in the program.
2. Qualifying action
A qualifying action may correspond, depending on the campaign, to:
- a valid registration;
- an attributed sale;
- participation in a campaign;
- a special operation;
- an expressly defined community action.
Each campaign may have its own criteria.
3. Attribution
Where attribution relies on an Ambassador's link, code or identifier, the applicable technical arrangements are specified in the program.
4. Conditions
Remuneration may be refused or adjusted where the action results in particular from:
- fraud;
- manipulation;
- prohibited self-attribution;
- a canceled transaction;
- a refund;
- use contrary to the rules.
5. No guaranteed income
Ambassador status does not guarantee any minimum amount of remuneration.
6. Payment
Payment terms, thresholds and any verifications are communicated in the program's terms.
7. Separation of flows
Ambassador remuneration is separate from:
- Creators' revenue;
- sellers' revenue;
- Tizofun Éducation's revenue;
- marketplace commissions.
None of these mechanisms is to be interpreted as a remuneration system based on chain recruitment of participants.
