Creator remuneration policy

1. Principle
Tizofun Éducation may remunerate Creators when their resources generate revenue under the applicable programs.
Taking part in the program does not guarantee any income.
2. Free resources
A resource offered for free may contribute to the Creator's visibility but does not automatically generate remuneration.
Specific programs may provide for separate rewards.
3. Paid resources
When a resource is sold, the Creator may receive a share of the eligible revenue at the rate applicable to the program.
The applicable rate is communicated in the corresponding commercial terms or remuneration table.
4. Gross revenue and eligible revenue
The amount paid by a user is not necessarily the amount used as the basis for calculating remuneration.
Eligible revenue may take into account, in particular:
- applicable taxes;
- refunds;
- chargebacks;
- transaction fees;
- payment fees;
- corrections;
- canceled amounts;
- other deductions expressly provided for.
5. Changes to rates
Tizofun Éducation may change its remuneration programs for future transactions.
The conditions that apply to revenue already earned remain determined in accordance with the rules applicable when it was earned.
6. No guaranteed income
No minimum level of sales or remuneration is guaranteed.
Income depends in particular on:
- demand;
- price;
- quality;
- visibility;
- the number of purchases;
- refunds;
- market conditions.
7. Dashboard
Where this feature is available, the Creator can view in particular:
- sales;
- gross revenue;
- eligible revenue;
- pending amounts;
- refunds;
- adjustments;
- available amounts;
- payments made.
