Termination of participation in the Creator program

1. Termination by the Creator
The Creator may ask to end their participation in the program in the manner provided by Tizofun Éducation.
2. Termination by Tizofun Éducation
Tizofun Éducation may suspend or end a Creator's participation in particular in the event of:
- a serious breach of the terms;
- fraud;
- repeated infringement of third-party rights;
- manipulation of the system;
- significant risk to users;
- a legal obligation.
3. Effects
The end of participation may lead to:
- removal of the resources from the catalog;
- deactivation of certain features;
- the end of new sales.
Rights already granted to users under the applicable licenses are not automatically canceled.
4. Amounts still due
Revenue validly earned before termination remains subject to the applicable rules on payment, refunds, deductions and verifications.
5. Retention
Some information may be kept where necessary to:
- comply with the law;
- prevent fraud;
- handle a dispute;
- establish evidence;
- ensure security.
