Subscription terms

1. Subscribing
Users may subscribe to a Premium plan from the offers available.
Before confirmation, the price, duration, any renewal and the main conditions are presented.
2. Renewal
Where a subscription renews automatically, this is stated before subscribing.
Users can manage or cancel the renewal using the means offered by Tizofun Éducation or its payment provider.
3. Payment
Payment is made using the means offered at the time of subscription.
Tizofun Éducation may use specialist payment providers.
4. Failed payment
If a payment fails, access to Premium benefits may be suspended under the conditions communicated to the user.
5. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription as indicated when they subscribed.
Where the applicable law provides for a right of withdrawal or other particular protection, it is preserved under the conditions set by law.
6. Price changes
Tizofun Éducation may change its prices for future periods.
Changes that apply to an existing subscription are communicated in accordance with the applicable rules and the terms of the offer.
7. End of subscription
The end of the subscription ends Premium benefits on the applicable date.
It does not automatically lead to deletion of the user account.
