Creator moderation

1. Purpose
Moderation aims to maintain a catalog that is reliable, lawful, safe and useful.
2. Possible measures
Depending on the situation, Tizofun Éducation may:
- ask for a correction;
- temporarily suspend a publication;
- hide a resource;
- remove a resource;
- restrict certain features;
- suspend an account;
- terminate participation in the program.
3. Grounds
A measure may be taken in particular in the event of:
- a breach of the rules;
- an infringement of a third party's rights;
- false information;
- fraud;
- manipulation of sales or ratings;
- dangerous content;
- significant legal risk.
4. Proportionality
Where the situation allows, Tizofun Éducation seeks to match the measure to the seriousness of the problem.
5. Notification
Where possible, the Creator is informed of:
- the measure;
- the general reason;
- any corrective actions;
- the possibility of requesting a review.
Legal, security or confidentiality constraints may limit the information communicated.
