Individual license

1. Purpose
The Individual license allows one person to use a Tizofun Éducation resource for their personal, educational or individual professional use, within the limits indicated at the time of acquisition.
It may be associated with a Free account or a Premium account.
Premium status is not an additional license.
2. Beneficiary
The license is granted to the person or account designated when the resource is purchased or assigned.
It is not automatically transferable to another person.
3. Permitted uses
Depending on the characteristics of the resource, the holder may in particular:
- download the resource;
- print it for their authorized use;
- use it as part of their individual activity;
- make the copies necessary for that use where permitted.
4. Prohibited uses
Unless specifically authorized, the Individual license does not allow:
- sharing the file with a whole class;
- distribution to several teachers;
- use for several classes;
- public posting of the file;
- sale or redistribution;
- making it available on a third-party platform;
- permanent transfer to another person.
5. Ownership
The license does not transfer any intellectual property right in the resource.
6. Duration
The duration is the one indicated at the time of acquisition or in the conditions applicable to the resource.
