1. Objective
Tizofun Éducation puts in place measures intended to reduce the risks to which children could be exposed on the platform.
2. Principles
Features intended for children must promote:
- safety;
- privacy;
- appropriate supervision;
- educational use;
- limits on risky interactions.
3. Interactions
Features that allow interaction between users may be limited according to:
- age;
- the role of the account;
- the family setup;
- the type of group;
- safety rules.
4. Groups
Where a group system exists, children's access is subject to the rules defined by the platform.
A child must not be able to freely join an adult group or an unauthorized group.
5. Reporting
Any worrying content can be reported through the mechanisms provided.
6. Intervention
Depending on the seriousness of a situation, Tizofun Éducation may:
- hide content;
- restrict an interaction;
- suspend an account;
- keep the information needed for an investigation;
- contact the responsible adult where appropriate;
- take the measures required by law.
7. Emergencies
In the event of immediate danger, users must contact the emergency services or competent authorities in their country.
The platform is not a substitute for emergency services.
