Disputes about Creators’ content

1. Claim
When a third party challenges a piece of content, Tizofun Éducation may examine:
- the nature of the claim;
- the rights relied on;
- the information provided by the Creator;
- the elements available on the platform.
2. Temporary measure
Where a serious risk exists, Tizofun Éducation may temporarily remove or restrict access to the resource during the review.
3. Creator's response
The Creator may provide:
- an explanation;
- supporting documents;
- a license;
- an authorization;
- a corrected version;
- any other relevant element.
4. Decision
After review, Tizofun Éducation may:
- keep the resource;
- ask for a change;
- restrict certain uses;
- remove the resource;
- take any other appropriate measure.
5. Appeal
Where the applicable procedure allows it, the Creator may ask for the decision to be reviewed.
