Organization license

1. Purpose
The Organization license is intended in particular for:
- primary and secondary schools;
- educational institutions;
- associations;
- educational centers;
- training bodies;
- institutions;
- educational structures;
- other authorized organizations.
2. Scope
The contract or offer specifies, as the case may be:
- the beneficiary organization;
- the number of users;
- the number of classes or groups;
- the resources concerned;
- the duration;
- the territory;
- the permitted uses.
3. Uses
Depending on the conditions subscribed to, the organization may allow its authorized teachers and learners to use the resources as part of its activities.
4. Restrictions
Unless otherwise agreed, the license does not allow:
- resale;
- distribution to people outside the organization;
- public posting;
- transfer of the license to another organization;
- independent commercial exploitation of the resource.
5. When a user leaves
When a person leaves the organization, the rights attached to the Organization license remain attached to the organization's scope, unless the contract provides otherwise.
6. Ownership
The license does not transfer any intellectual property.
