Premium account

1. Definition
A Premium account is an account with a paid subscription giving access to the benefits defined in the Premium offer.
2. Benefits
Depending on the plan subscribed to, Premium may include in particular:
- removal of automated or programmatic advertising;
- access to certain resources;
- additional features;
- game-related benefits;
- additional services;
- additional storage or usage capacity.
The exact benefits are those indicated in the offer at the time of subscription.
3. Advertising and commercial content
Premium does not necessarily mean the absence of all commercial communication.
In particular, clearly identified sponsored content or commercial partnerships may be shown where the Premium offer does not provide for their exclusion.
4. Licenses
Premium status is not a license for resources.
A Premium user may use:
- free resources under their terms;
- resources under an Individual license;
- resources under a Classroom license;
- resources under an Organization license where they are a beneficiary.
5. End of Premium
When the subscription expires or is terminated, the benefits linked to Premium status end according to the terms of the offer.
Rights already acquired in resources remain governed by the corresponding licenses, unless the law provides otherwise.
