User content policy

1. Content concerned
Depending on the features available, users may create or publish:
- comments;
- reviews;
- profiles;
- answers;
- images;
- documents;
- messages;
- educational content;
- other contributions.
2. User responsibility
Users remain responsible for the content they submit.
They warrant that they hold the rights necessary to use it.
They must not publish:
- unlawful content;
- fraudulent content;
- content that infringes third-party rights;
- third parties' personal data without an appropriate basis;
- content intended to harass or threaten a person;
- content that is dangerous for children.
3. Technical license granted to Tizofun Éducation
When a user publishes content, they grant Tizofun Éducation a non-exclusive license, to the extent necessary for the service to operate, allowing in particular:
- hosting;
- storage;
- display;
- technical reproduction;
- format conversion;
- backup;
- transmission to the necessary technical providers;
- moderation;
- security;
- promotion of the service where this is provided for and reasonably necessary.
This license does not transfer ownership of the content to Tizofun Éducation.
4. Removal
Users may ask for content to be removed where the available features allow it.
Some content may have to be kept for a set period for legal, security, evidential or dispute-resolution reasons.
5. Moderation
Tizofun Éducation may restrict or remove content that breaches the rules of the service.
