Minors protection policy

1. Principle
Protecting children is a particular priority for Tizofun Éducation.
The platform is designed to allow children to use educational resources while keeping the appropriate responsibilities of adults in place.
2. Role of adults
Depending on the service concerned, a child may use certain features under the responsibility or with the authorization of a:
- parent;
- legal representative;
- teacher;
- school or institution;
- other authorized adult.
3. Data
Tizofun Éducation seeks to limit the collection of children's personal data to what is necessary for the service to work.
4. Communications
Communication features intended for children may be limited or subject to particular controls.
5. Content
Content accessible to children may be subject to appropriate filtering and moderation measures.
6. Advertising
The advertising mechanisms that apply to minors are subject to specific restrictions.
Tizofun Éducation must not use a child's data for advertising targeting where this is prohibited.
7. Purchases
Purchase and subscription mechanisms are designed to limit purchases not authorized by children where the configuration of the service so requires.
8. Reporting
Any user can report content or behavior that may put a child at risk.
