Creator terms

1. Purpose

These Creator Terms set out the conditions under which a person or an organization may offer resources on Tizofun Éducation.

The Creator program allows you in particular to:

  • design educational resources;
  • submit them to Tizofun Éducation;
  • offer them for free or for a fee;
  • receive, where the conditions are met, remuneration on sales;
  • develop an editorial activity within the Tizofun Éducation community.

2. Creator status

The Creator acts in their own name and on their own responsibility.

Taking part in the program does not automatically create:

  • an employment contract;
  • an employment relationship;
  • a joint venture;
  • a general mandate;
  • legal representation of Tizofun Éducation.

Special relationships that require a separate contract are covered by a specific agreement.

3. Conditions of access

To take part in the program, the Creator must:

  • provide accurate information;
  • meet the minimum age or the applicable representation conditions;
  • hold the rights necessary for the content submitted;
  • comply with the platform's rules;
  • provide the information needed for payments where required.

Tizofun Éducation may ask for supporting documents.

4. Submitting resources

The Creator may submit resources using the formats and procedures available.

A submission does not guarantee:

  • its publication;
  • its listing;
  • its promotion;
  • its sale;
  • a minimum level of income.

Tizofun Éducation may accept, request changes to, postpone or refuse a resource in accordance with its rules.

5. Accuracy of information

The Creator must provide accurate information about, in particular:

  • the title;
  • the description;
  • the school level;
  • the skills targeted;
  • the type of resource;
  • the licensing terms;
  • the price;
  • the authors;
  • the sources;
  • the media used;
  • any use of artificial intelligence tools.

6. Responsibility

The Creator remains responsible for the content they submit and for the rights needed to exploit it.

They must in particular make sure that the texts, images, sounds, videos, fonts, illustrations, trademarks, characters, photographs and other elements used can lawfully be exploited in the intended way.

7. Non-exclusivity

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the relationship with Tizofun Éducation is non-exclusive.

The Creator remains free to offer their works on other platforms, provided they respect any rights already granted and the specific conditions that apply to a resource.

8. Acceptance

Registering for or taking part in the program means accepting these terms.
