Creators’ intellectual property

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Working version: this document is being legally reviewed. Information in square brackets will be completed before final publication.

1. Ownership retained

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Creator keeps the intellectual property in their works.

Publishing on Tizofun Éducation is not a general transfer of rights.

2. Warranty of rights

The Creator warrants that they hold the rights necessary to exploit the elements that make up their resource.

This applies in particular to:

  • texts;
  • illustrations;
  • photographs;
  • videos;
  • music;
  • sounds;
  • fonts;
  • icons;
  • characters;
  • trademarks;
  • screenshots;
  • elements from third parties.

3. Licensed content

When an element belongs to a third party, the Creator must check that the license allows the intended use.

A license that only allows personal use is not enough for a commercial resource intended to be distributed.

4. Attribution

When the license of an element requires attribution, it must be kept in accordance with the applicable terms.

5. Claims

In the event of a claim by a third party, the Creator must cooperate with Tizofun Éducation so that the situation can be examined.
