License granted to Tizofun Éducation by the Creator

1. Purpose
To allow Tizofun Éducation to exploit a published resource technically and commercially, the Creator grants a license to Tizofun Éducation on the terms set out below.
2. Nature
Unless otherwise agreed, the license is:
- non-exclusive;
- worldwide, where necessary for the service to operate;
- limited to the purposes provided for by the service;
- granted for the time needed to exploit the resource in accordance with the applicable terms.
3. Rights needed
The license allows Tizofun Éducation in particular to:
- host the resource;
- store it;
- reproduce it technically;
- distribute it to authorized users;
- display it;
- create previews or thumbnails;
- convert certain formats;
- carry out the necessary technical operations;
- present the resource in catalogs;
- use its title, description and visuals to promote the service;
- carry out the operations needed for security and moderation.
4. Promotion
Tizofun Éducation may present a resource, its title, its author, its cover or a reasonable extract to promote the platform or the resource.
Special arrangements may be defined in the Creator program.
5. Ownership
This license does not transfer ownership of the work to Tizofun Éducation.
6. End of publication
When the resource is withdrawn, the license ends for new commercial uses, subject to:
- licenses already granted to buyers;
- legal obligations;
- security requirements;
- the temporary retention of certain data or technical copies.
