Copyright infringement reporting procedure

1. Reporting
Anyone who believes that a resource infringes their rights may send a report to:

2. Recommended information
Where possible, the report should contain:
- the identity of the person reporting;
- contact details;
- identification of the work concerned;
- precise identification of the content complained of;
- an explanation of the alleged infringement;
- elements making it possible to verify the rights relied on;
- a statement of good faith;
- date and signature where necessary.
3. Review
Tizofun Éducation reviews the report within a reasonable time, taking into account its nature and the information available.
4. Protective measure
Where justified, access to the content may be temporarily restricted during the review.
5. Creator's response
The Creator may be invited to provide comments or supporting documents.
6. Outcome
Depending on the elements available, the resource may be:
- kept;
- modified;
- removed;
- reinstated after a temporary removal.
The mandatory procedures provided for by the applicable law take priority.
