Seller rules

1. Conditions of access
To sell on the Marketplace, the seller must:
- provide accurate information;
- accept the applicable terms;
- hold the necessary rights;
- comply with the commercial rules;
- provide the payment information required.
Tizofun Éducation may carry out checks before or after the seller account is activated.
2. Seller's responsibility
The seller is responsible in particular for:
- the compliance of their product;
- its description;
- its visuals;
- their intellectual property rights;
- their licenses;
- their prices;
- the quality of the product;
- the information provided to buyers.
3. Descriptions
The seller must not use:
- fake testimonials;
- fake ratings;
- features that do not exist;
- misleading promises;
- keywords unrelated to the product.
4. Third-party rights
The seller must hold all the rights necessary for the elements used.
They must not offer a copied work or a resource obtained unlawfully.
5. Changes
The seller must promptly correct information that has become inaccurate or a defect that has been identified.
6. Removed products
When a product is removed, the seller must cooperate with Tizofun Éducation to handle any orders, refunds or claims still in progress.
7. Seller account
Tizofun Éducation may suspend or close a seller account in the event of a breach of the rules, fraud or a serious risk to users.
